Retreats Bazaar AI OS is operated by Data Sauna OU, a company registered in Estonia. We provide done-for-you AI services for yoga studios and wellness retreat operators. When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it means Data Sauna OU.
The website at retreatbazaar.com is our main point of contact for prospective clients.
When you book a discovery call through our scheduling tool (cal.com), the following may be collected by that service: your name, email address, and any notes you add to the booking. We receive this information so we can prepare for and follow up on the call.
When you visit the site, standard server logs and analytics tools may record: your IP address (anonymised where possible), browser type and version, the page you visited, the time of your visit, and how you arrived at the site (referral source).
We do not track you across other websites. We do not build advertising profiles.
We do not collect payment information directly. We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, religious beliefs, etc.). We do not knowingly collect data from people under 16.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that affects you in a legal or significant way.
We share data only with the tools we use to operate the site and service:
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Contact and booking data is retained for as long as is reasonably necessary to serve you and comply with our legal obligations — typically no longer than 3 years after last contact. Analytics data is typically retained for 14 months.
You can request deletion at any time (see Section 7 below).
A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser. We use a minimal set:

We are based in the EU (Estonia). Some of our service providers, including Cal.com and Vercel, are based in or transfer data to the United States. Where this occurs, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data — including HTTPS for all site traffic, limited data collection, and access controls on internal systems. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we keep what we collect to a minimum.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when it was last changed. For significant changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected parties.
Questions about this policy or how we handle your data? You can reach us through the booking page at cal.com/datasaunaco/retreats-bazaar — just add a note that it's a privacy enquiry and we'll respond separately.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Estonia, this is the Data Protection Inspectorate (AKI). In the US, rights can be exercised through your state attorney general's office.
